Subversion for Eclipse http://www.eclipse.org/subversive/

Eclipse install http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/ + select a client at the first run

To work with your code from both command line and Eclipse, the versions of Subversion and Subversive Connector must be the same.
