Doxygen for Eclipse http://eclox.eu/

Eclipse install http://download.gna.org/eclox/update/site.xml

If Doxygen is integrated in autoconf/automake scripts, there is no need in running Doxygen using Eclox, but the editor of Doxygen files provided by Eclox may be useful.
